Rory and his wife, Mari have been serving actively in Young Saints since 2010. They have three beautiful daughters: Brooklyn, Harper, and Kinsley. Their heart is to see students walk in relationship with Jesus, know their identity, and learn to love and influence the world around them. Rory has a massive heart to empower students to be supernatural revivalists in every sphere of their world and walk confidently in the gifts and calling God has for them. Rory’s passion is to also raise up powerful youth pastors and leaders who bring freedom and identity through strong beliefs about who God is.

Mari Helart is the Worship Pastor of Young Saints at Bethel Church in Redding, CA. She also pastors Jr High & High School alongside her husband Rory. She’s been leading worship since 2005, from major conferences to youth group on Wednesday nights. She is a mother to three beautiful little girls named Brooklyn, Harper, and Kinsley. Her heart is to see every young person encounter God in worship and develop a intimate walk with God. Her desire is that every student would walk with Jesus for all of their days - never going back to the former way of living.

Donta Nelson is the Associate Youth Pastor of Young Saints at Bethel Church, Redding. Donta has been on staff with Bethel since 2016. He graduated from all 3 years of BSSM where he met and married his wife, Chantelle. They have two sons, Zion and Kobe, and a daughter, Zara. He and his wife are small business owners and have a heart for walking in wholeness and creativity. Donta is passionate about seeing people live free and courageously in every sphere of life.

Chris Stein has spent the last five years serving with Young Saints, giving his life to seeing young people genuinely encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. After moving to Redding in 2019, he continued to pursue that calling, including completing his third year of BSSM with Tom Crandall. Over the years, Chris has taken on a variety of roles within Young Saints, from leading ministry trips to helping run conferences, consistently showing up with a willingness to serve wherever needed. He thrives in building relationships, creating environments where students feel known, challenged, and encouraged to take their next step with God. At the core of it all, Chris is driven by a desire to see a generation transformed by the gospel. He is especially passionate about equipping young men and women to understand who they are in Christ and to live that out with boldness, integrity, and everyday faith.

Haverley has served on staff with Young Saints for nearly three years as the Administrator and Events Director. Since moving to Redding in 2018 to attend BSSM, and later completing her third year under Rory Helart, she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to both serving the local and global body and growing in leadership with her team. Over the past several years, Haverley has poured herself into serving the house and the people in front of her, helping create spaces where the youth of Young Saints and Redding community can encounter God and be met with His kindness. Her leadership has been marked by intentionality, compassion, and a genuine desire to see young people not only encounter and surrender their lives to Jesus, but be disciplined and strengthened in their faith in everyday life. She is passionate about investing in the generation she leads with and the next, recognizing that the youth of today will become the leaders of tomorrow. Her vision extends beyond the local community, as she also holds a deep desire to see the global youth be able to experience what God has entrusted to Young Saints to steward.

Barkot, who has been on staff with Young Saints for the last 2 years as a Graphic Designer and Creative Coordinator — has lived in Redding since 2019 and completed all 3 years of BSSM. Upon completing at ministry school, she has fostered a community within Redding and Young Saints and has led with courage and humility. Within Young Saints, she has led ministry trips, overseen Sunday youth gatherings and led small groups and youth leaders alike. She has a heart for discipleship and to see people experience deep communion and authentic connection in the family of Christ. Her dream is to see this generation step into the fullness of freedom available through being yielded and dependent on Jesus.
