Medication/ Health Issues?

In the registration we ask if you will be taking medication with you or if there are any health concerns. This is due to the fact that we are taking the safety of your children to our highest concern. We ask that if there are any medications on site that they are checked in with our nurse at check in. We also ask that all health concerns are addressed to our nurse so she is aware of them during the duration of camp.

What to bring to Check In?

All you need to bring to check in your students is any medicine that they may have ready to check in. All waivers/forms should already be completed online at the The Summit website that we will verify at Check In. During this time they will also give your students cabin assignments, tribe color, and their wristband that they will need to keep on during their stay.

Where do I find the Release Form?

The Summit Campsite has a new platform that all attendees will use in order to attend camp. If you have already been a camper at The Summit in previous years for our Young Saints Camp, your old sign in should work. If you haven’t we will be sending out everyone’s welcome email to the site a few weeks after your registered. Please do not use the link below unless you have already signed up for camp, otherwise it will not work. You will need to use the email you put on your students registration for camp. The login website can be found below.

If I am from a youth group coming from out town and have a few students in a different age bracket than the rest, what do I do?

If you have a few students that are in Junior high or High school, but the majority are in a different age bracket please let us know. We would love to see what we can do and help combine your group so you don’t have to attend both camps.
